Dementia services drop-in
Are you worried about memory loss or affected by dementia?
The NHS Post Diagnostic Team will be on hand with other services such as Alzheimer’s Society, to answer questions, share information, and point you to the right support – for yourself or someone you care about.
Everyone is welcome. No appointment needed – just call in for a cup of tea and a chat.
This drop-in takes place on the last Thursday of each month.
