Social prescribing in Northumberland

Many things affect our health and wellbeing, not just medical issues. In some cases your doctor, or other healthcare professional, may refer you to the social prescribing service. Social prescribers can direct you to services than can help with things such as counselling services, arts and creative activities, employment and training and financial advice.
