Do you look after someone?

Carers Northumberland will be at Cafe @ Burn Lane on the third Thursday of each month. Trained advisors will be offering advice and information to unpaid carers on things such as:

• Benefits and grants
• Health and social care
• Housing
• Legal issues
• Lasting power of attorney
• Education, employment and training
• Emergency care planning
