Adapt (NE) Membership
Joining Adapt (North East)
Becoming a member of Adapt (NE) allows you to access our services, including our wheelchair loan scheme and community transport initiative. The current membership rates are as follows:
- £10 – Individual
- £17 – Community Group
- £37 – Funded Voluntary Group
- £47 – Statutory Body or Private Company
We’ve moved to rolling membership, so instead of memberships running April – March each year, yours now lasts 12 months from the date you joined. If you’d like to check when your membership expires, just get in touch and we’ll check our records.
Payment

- Payment by cash or card: at our offices on Burn Lane, Hexham, NE46 3HN
Membership forms
You can complete a membership form at our offices, request a paper copy to be posted to you, or complete digitally and email to generaloffice@adapt-tynedale.org.uk. Please note that if you are collecting a wheelchair, you will also need to complete an insurance declaration form in advance. Membership forms can be completed as an editable PDF, or you can print and scan. Please see below.
