Chair-based yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that uses a chair for support, making it perfect for all ages and abilities. Sessions will guide you through simple stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movement to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and boost wellbeing. Whether you’re new to yoga, managing mobility challenges, or simply looking to have a go at something new, this class is for everyone.
We hope to run this session weekly, but please note there will be no session on 16 June or 21 July.
New participants will need to complete an activity readiness form, so please let us know ahead of time if you plan to join in, by calling us on 01434 600599, or call into the hub during core hours of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am – 1.00pm.
