Since 1991, Adapt (NE) has been a provider of specialised transport through our dedicated Community Transport scheme. We currently operate a fleet of three fully wheelchair-accessible vehicles, to support individuals facing barriers to travel. Our mission remains clear: to reduce isolation and restore independence for those living in rural areas or navigating life with a disability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>

Hire of minibus and driver<\/h3>

Our Community Transport service provides a dedicated Adapt (NE) driver and minibus at a rate of \u00a322.50 per hour, plus 45p per mile. To discuss your requirements or request a quote, please complete the enquiry form below or contact our team directly on 01434 600599 (Option 4). At least seven working days notice is required to make arrangements. We are closed on bank holidays.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>

When booking for Dial-A-Ride, you must call 01434 600599 (Option 1) in advance, or use our online booking form. When calling, please leave your full name and the route you wish to travel on \u2013 this is a voicemail system. Our Transport team will add you to the list. The cut off time for booking is 12pm, the day before travel.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
