New Craft Session for Wellbeing

A new craft session will start here at Adapt (NE) this November.
‘Creating Space’ is run by local people, for local people, and will provide a friendly and supportive space for those who might find getting crafty helps with low mood and improves wellbeing.
Session one is on Thursday 7 November, from 9.30am. This will be an initial meeting to chat about what people want, how often the sessions will happen and other details of the sessions going forward. Please come along if you are interested – a warm welcome and a cuppa awaits!

Molly Freelance Dance

Molly Freelance Dance provides local dance classes for people with a physical or learning disability and for those with limited mobility or long term conditions.

 

Movement for the Mind

A seated to standing dancing class open to those with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia or stroke, or for those looking for a post-operative way to get moving again. There is a session in the Torch Centre, Hexham on term time Tuesdays.

 

Express Yourself Dance

A friendly and creative environment for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities to learn new dance steps and make friends. Taking place at the Torch Centre on Tuesday afternoons during term time.
