We’re recruiting: Join the advocacy team

We are now recruiting for Relevant Person’s Representative / Independent NHS Complaints Advocates to join the Northumberland Independent Advocacy Service. We deliver statutory Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA), Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA), Care Act Advocacy and NHS Complaints Advocacy under contract to Northumberland County Council. The service also provides RPR (Relevant Person’s Representative) and Court of Protection Rule 1.2 representatives.

Hours: 1 x full time post – 37 hours per week, 1 x part time post – 22.5 hrs (three days per week)

Salary:  £22,909 per annum full time, £13,745 per annum part-time

Based: Pegswood and working flexibly throughout Northumberland (remote working at present due to Covid -19 restrictions and guidance)

The posts are permanent subject to funding.
