Molly Freelance Dance

Molly Freelance Dance provides local dance classes for people with a physical or learning disability and for those with limited mobility or long term conditions.

 

Movement for the Mind

A seated to standing dancing class open to those with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia or stroke, or for those looking for a post-operative way to get moving again. There is a session in the Torch Centre, Hexham on term time Tuesdays.

 

Express Yourself Dance

A friendly and creative environment for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities to learn new dance steps and make friends. Taking place at the Torch Centre on Tuesday afternoons during term time.
